Wadoohوضوح
One trusted identity from fragmented records.
Fragmented records resolve into one trusted, traceable identity.
What it does
Wadooh extracts structured data from Saudi ID documents, matches each document to the right person, and collapses fragmented records into a single non-destructive, fully traceable persona, with a human review console.
Built for
Institutions with large, inconsistent person-record databases.
Capabilities
Proof
POC delivered for a Saudi state-adjacent institution.
Questions
01
Which Saudi documents can Wadooh read?
Iqama, driving license, and Istimara, with a confidence value reported for every extracted field rather than a single document-level score. Per-field confidence is what makes human review efficient: a reviewer sees exactly which values need attention.
02
How does Wadooh handle Arabic name variations?
Through dedicated Arabic transliteration handling combined with deterministic and probabilistic matching. The same person spelled several ways across systems is a primary cause of duplicate records, so transliteration is treated as a first-class matching problem rather than a text-cleaning afterthought.
03
Does resolving records destroy the originals?
No. Persona resolution is non-destructive and carries a full evidence trail, so every merge can be inspected and reversed. Stale-ID renewal chains are recovered rather than discarded, which is what allows a historic record to reconnect to a current identity.
04
Who is Wadooh built for?
Institutions holding large, inconsistent person-record databases. A proof of concept has been delivered for a Saudi state-adjacent institution. The review console is bilingual and RTL-first.
